The closing of the 38th edition of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) left many laughs, emotional moments and magic at the Santander Complex in the Jalisco capital.

After seven consecutive days, the Award Ceremony started at 18:00h with a group of juries and film talents. Every moment of the ceremony had its touch of humor, either by the words of the winners or by small outrages in speeches. However, this did not prevent the emotional moments from occurring.

When the time came to announce the winners of the Ibero-American Feature Documentary category, there was a feeling of tension among the participants. When it came to the award for Best Director, and with a long suspense, the name Pau Faus was mentioned.

Pau, accompanied by his friend and producer, Sergi Cameron, took the stage to receive the agave-shaped statuette.

From Taskovski Films, we are very excited about this victory. Now, Fauna is being premiered in Asia at the Shanghai International Film Festival.
