Taskovski Films, an award-winning leader in the distribution of impactful documentary films, is expanding its team. With a strong global presence and a focus on films addressing pressing social issues, we offer remote work opportunities with the potential for travel. Applicants must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and have access to their own laptop or desktop computer.

Our Core Activities:
Film sales and distribution

Marketing, consultancy, and publicity services (PR)

International relations, cultural cooperation with different media companies

#DocsConnect professional training and mentorship program for conscious creative entrepreneurs & filmmakers

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Business Administration:

  • Complete and file legal and financial company documentation (e.g., contracts between producers, the company, and buyers).
  • Handle negotiations and maintain records.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including weekly tracking of invoices (incoming and outgoing) and company cash flow.
  • Submit VAT filings and provide quarterly income distribution reports to producers.
  • Organize team meetings, schedules, office workflows, and HR tasks.

Project Management & Customer Service:

  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of film materials for distribution.
  • Maintain and update company websites and VOD platforms.
  • Serve as the primary contact for producers and buyers.
  • Negotiate film sales and offers for specific territories.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Degree in Economics (preferred), Business Administration, Management, or Finance.

Strong IT skills, including familiarity with XERO accounting software and tools like Google Drive, Excel, and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello). Experience with WordPress and knowledge of software development are advantageous.

At least three years of experience in office management and business administration.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and within structured teams.

Excellent presentation skills and customer service knowledge.

Proficiency in filing and document management, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Strong problem-solving skills, research abilities, and an aptitude for helping others.

Salary based on experience, knowledge, and monthly sales achievements.

20–25 hours per week, with occasional out-of-hours work on evenings and weekends.

ELIGIBILITY

 

This position is based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. While the role can be remote, candidates must be located in or near Banja Luka.
