We are looking for: a highly experienced ( 3+ years ) Office Manager / Sales Manager
Job description:
Business administration / Legal:
- Legal: completing negotiations, updating contract database, legal documentation contracts with producers (when acquiring new films), finalizing license agreements with buyers, and other company legal documents
Project and office manager (coordination):
- Collecting film materials from our producers’ clients for each new film, updating inventory, and coordinating collection and delivery of film materials process
- Supervising and designing office workflow, coordinating staff, and providing feedback to improve internal performance
- Organizing & leading team meetings, managing databases, managing executive’s schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Implementing and maintaining SOP procedures/office administrative systems
- HR internal (contracts) and external (looking for new people)
- Creating travel itineraries for business trips
- Customer service (communication with our buyers and producers)
- Update the company website (WordPress), and Vimeo VOD platform
- PA to CEO
- Film offers and sales to specific territories, negotiations
Its advantage if you have knowledge and experience in – Financial / Accountancy:
- Handling bookkeeping, budgeting, billing cycles, and processing invoices of the invoices IN and OUT in BIH accountancy and XERO (UK-based accounting system)
- Preparation of materials for VAT and communication with the main accountant
- Creating financial reports for our clients, cashflow evidence, and staff fee calculations, evidence of monthly sales income
Note: Currently, we don't require you to undertake this task, but it may potentially become an integral aspect of your role in the future.
Your Profile / What are we looking for:
- Excellent (proficiency) English written & spoken, presentation skills, customer service knowledge
- Degree in Economics (preferable), Business Administration, Management & Marketing, and Finances as well as Political Science
- Excellent IT skills and preferably software development understanding
- 3 years of experience in office management, business administration, project management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, ability to prioritize and complete multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using Google Drive, Excel, and specialized office management tools (Asana, Trello, Pipe drive, CRM, etc.)
- Self-motivated and independent with strong problem-solving skills and a penchant for research. Must be a team player.
- The advantage is if you have knowledge of Xero accounting software, Mailchimp, Mail Merge, WordPress, Canva, and any project management tools

Location: preferably remote from any city you live in
