Taskovski Films, an award-winning leader in the distribution of impactful documentary films, is expanding its team. Business Administration:
Project Management & Customer Service:
● Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
● Degree in Economics (preferred), Business Administration, Management, or Finance.
● Strong IT skills, including familiarity with XERO accounting software and tools like Google Drive, Excel, and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello). Experience with WordPress and knowledge of software development are advantageous.
● At least three years of experience in office management and business administration.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.
● Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work both independently and within structured teams.
● Excellent presentation skills and customer service knowledge.
● Proficiency in filing and document management, with the ability to handle confidential information.
● Strong problem-solving skills, research abilities, and an aptitude for helping others.
● Salary based on experience, knowledge, and monthly sales achievements.

● 20–25 hours per week, with occasional out-of-hours work on evenings and weekends.

This position is based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. While the role can be remote, candidates must be located in or near Banja Luka.
